Membership Information.

All families, carers, service providers and interested community members are encouraged to become members of the Co-operative. A nominal membership fee is payable each year for which you will receive:

To become a member either contact the coordinator or download and fill out the membership application form below and forward to our coordinator.

Co-Operative Membership Now Due. Membership of the Co-operative is now due for the coming 12 months ie July 2008 to June 2009. Existing members can renew their membership by completing the Renewal form found on the Membership page and returning it to the Co-operative along with their membership fee. Membership is also available to any person interested in being part of the Co-operative and benefiting from its services and networks. All families with a member who has a disability are very welcome to join. A Membership form can be found on the Membership page that can be returned with the membership fee to the Co-operative.
